Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Once we got our pre-approval, we were in the dealership no more than two hours! The staff were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy your next vehicle

Overall Spitzer does a great job. Their work is great and timely. The estimating system needs improving as it tends to leave out some parts which makes it uncomfortable for the service advisor to explain the discrepancy between the quote and final bill. This won’t keep me from returning but I will ask a lot more questions up front next time.
I just wish someone would listen to me! Figure out what was wrong with truck the first time! Now I’m stuck sending it back again. This 2016 Ford F550 is making me think about never buying another Ford, ever again!
The folks at Spitzer in Hartville Ohio were great. No pressure, and they provided excellent service. They really did look out for my best interests. Robert was a real professional sales representative and I would definitely return in the future.

I usually avoid dealerships for buying a vehicle and for service. However a couple years ago we got a good deal on a used escape here and have been coming back to have it serviced. Overall nice staff and they treat you right.

I have always been able to get a service appointment quickly with the work getting done quickly as well. The cost for service is better than some others and never any surprise extra charges! The customer service is excellent!!
In for the works but it was a three hour event. I recognize that there was an issue trying to remove the “gate” which allows access to the oil drain valve through the brush pan but there was no communication until I got up to see what was going on. It wasn’t the end of the world, but usually there is better communication.
Justin was absolutely relentless in locating a vehicle to my specifications while apologetic for issues out of his control. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him if circumstances warranted. Thank you, and God bless you Justin.
This dealership had a great service department until you have an issue once you have an issue no one will get back to you. I called several times emailed several times was told that messages were handed to Sierra but she was on the phone. She’d call me back. No one helped me after I paid for service and had to go someplace else and have it redone. If they ever really did it at all it seems they just took my money and never performed the service.
Nicest ever dealership I have dealt with!!! From the moment I walked in until the time I left nothing but smooth and courteousness ! Got me to where I wanted to be payment wise and even delivered my vehicle. Highly recommend them!!

Justin was outstanding. He listened closely to my needs and wants for the vehicle I was interested in. He spent time walking me through all the gadgets that came with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Justin when visiting Spitzer Hartville. He is not pushy as other sales people from other dealerships.

They are honest. It's too bad they are a Ford dealer. I hope if Ford goes out of business they keep doing business. I was a Ford fan all my life until I bought this one. I'll never own a Ford again.

The people who I dealt with were very nice and helpful. John Mack and the other John were the nicest young men, and easy to work with. Brandon Nagy , I can't say enough good things about him. He was so helpful and he listened to what you were saying. Even after the sale he made time to answer questions I had. The young man that did the financial papers patient and helpful. They even Welcomed my dog. Charlie,my dog gave everyone 5 stars.
Customer service is awesome the whole team fast and very efficient when i was at the service dept I love the txt to keep me updated on what was going on.
I got new tires on my Ford and they were installed in a very timely manner. The young gal at checkout also took care of signing me up for the $100 rebate.

On the trail link recall: don’t tell people 3 to 4 hours tell them 1 day. My repair took eight hour due to rust on the trail link.
In on time, courteous greeting by Chad, only about 1.5 hours and Brandon took great care of my Explorer, in and out was painless.

Sierra, works with me to get our two Fords serviced in a timely manner. She keeps me updated if the mechanic runs into a problem that will extend the estimated time to repair originally provided. She always asks if I need a ride home with their courtesy driver. Often, I walk to the nearby Starbucks while my vehicle is being serviced and she is fine with the time it takes me to walk back. I would never keep her or any of the other service reps after hours if that meant walking back from Starbucks or Hartville.
Worked with Sierra on a software issue with my 2024 Ford Bronco. She was very friendly, explained what was going on, and kept me updated. Made sure that everything was taken care of under warranty.

Undercarriage shield was broken after having oil change. Wanted to charge $300 to fix it. It should have been repaired for free.
Very happy with purchase, however their tech who details vehicles for delivery needs to pay attention to details. My new bronco had marks about 2 feet in length that wouldn't come off with soap and water. I payed a detailer to cut and buff and fortunately they came out.
